I think the finnish president is brilliant. But If he isn't thinking about these things, I'm sure the other European leaders aren't either. It's just crazy that a reporter has to.
My guess? European leaders are so angry at Trump and busy complaining about the problems he's creating that they're not actually looking towards resolutions or opportunities.
