Why did I just stay at @DoubleTree by @HiltonHotels and get treated like a dirt bag for what I know to be no reason at all? I thought they were supposed to be on the higher end of the hotel chains? They ONLY got 1k of my money the 5 days I stayed there! No big deal.

Don’t ever go to the @DoubleTree in Miami. You’ll get charged $3000 for dinner on your room bill. My credit card is screwed up now and I’m going on a cruise out of the country. Total incompetence.

Thanks to the @DoubleTree in Miami for overcharging my card by $3000 and @CapitalOne for not allowing me to get my credit limit back. I’m on vacation and can’t use the card I had planned to use now because I HAVE TO WAIT not YOU! Literally leaving the country!

Absolutely shocked at DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Airport,We were given a “welcome”plate that staff admitted had been left in the room for 3dayscovered in visible mould,Reception’s response? Offering pizza.This is a serious food safety failure. @HiltonHotels @DoubleTree

@DoubleTree I’m at the Scottsdale Double tree, 2nd floor, I can’t find one Exit sign in case of fire. How could a handicapped person know which hallway to use in an emergency? Aren’t signs supposed to be illuminated if lights are not working?

@DoubleTree staying at DoubleTree Hilton Almaty and honestly disappointed. No bellboy available at 7:30 PM, had to carry all luggage myself with two kids. Even worse, front desk staff were laughing/making jokes when I raised it. Not the hospitality I expected #CustomerExperience

Very disappointed by the @DoubleTree hotel in Liverpool, UK. This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. WiFi is so slow, never experienced such a bad connectivity. The heating system was not working and they provided with a small electric heater @HiltonHotels @HiltonHonors
