Same in the Netherlands. A 17-year-old girl named Milou was murdered by the state (euthanasia) after she had been raped twice at age 13 and 16. Her parents called the death doctor themselves to have her put down. We should, instead, bring back the death penalty for violent stranger rapes and gang rapes.

Her name is Noelia Castillo and tomorrow she will be the first person to receive euthanasia for depression in Spain. She was living in a supervised center with unaccompanied minors when she was gang raped by them. Afterwards, she tried to unalive herself by jumping from a fifth floor. But she became paraplegic instead. She’s 25 years old and today is her last day alive. Praying she can feel Jesus love before tomorrow and changes her mind. 🙏🏻

This story is horrific. This girl with mental issues was taken from her parents and thrown in a state-run facility with MENA migrant minors. They then gang-raped her. It traumatised her and led to a suicide attempt which left her paraplegic. Today, Spain will euthanise her.

What is it about human nature that people who missed out on a rally of a segment of the market cheerlead and take excitement when it corrects? Bitcoin, Gold, Silver, Oil, Tech Stocks etc.
People don’t cheer corrections because they hate the asset, they cheer because it soothes regret. Missing a rally feels like a loss, and a pullback retroactively validates inaction: “I was right not to buy.” It’s loss aversion and ego protection at work as markets become a scoreboard, and corrections restore narrative control for those left behind.
What a ridiculous way to live and to invest.

Japanese and Taiwanese chip fabs recover over 70% of their helium on-site through membrane separation and pressure swing adsorption. American fabs seldom recycle it. They never had to. Until now. The US is building a $25 billion chip fab. Every wafer inside needs helium for cooling and leak detection, purified to 99.9999%. The CHIPS Act has a helium conservation program that covers DOE research labs, but not chip fabs. It has never been funded. In 2024 the US sold its Federal Helium Reserve to a German company for $423 million.
