Tinuiti tracked where AI citations actually come from in 2026. In numbers: 44.2% 325% 31% 24% --- 44% of LLM citations pull from the first third of an article. If your intro is throat-clearing, the machine stopped reading before you got to the point. Publishing on third-party sites increases AI citations by 325% compared to your own domain. I spent 15 years building SEO authority on my own site. Turns out the footprint elsewhere matters more now. Perplexity pulls 31% of its sources from social and 24% from Reddit. Gemini leans on Medium and editorial sites. Each model has a completely different diet, and you're probably only feeding one of them.

Anthropic ran their entire marketing operation with one person. $380 billion company. Paid search. Paid social. SEO. Email. App stores. One non-technical hire doing all of it — for 10 months. I pulled it apart. Compared it to every system we've built across the clients we've worked with. Then asked myself one question: If I had to reverse engineer this from scratch — what would it actually look like? Turns out the architecture isn't that complicated. I mapped the whole thing into a 47-page PDF you can upload directly to any LLM. It coaches you through building your own version step by step. Comment "marketing" and I'll send it over.

@marclou I realised this after 15 years. I keep starting IRL businesses then growing to hate them and starting another one It's not them, it's me... With AI leverage, I'm going full digital now May just start and sell things or start and see how many plates I can spin

I can't focus 100% on a single startup. It's been a few months working on TrustMRR, and I feel a strong urge to try other things. 0 → 1 makes me more excited than 1 → 100
Yasser@yasser_elsaid_

@marclou Do you think you will continue working on multiple products at the same time or go all in on TrustMRR? and why? I think TrustMRR can be huge.

In less than a year, we managed to get more than 13M organic views on Reddit. It brought over 100,000 people to our website without spending a cent. We put together a Reddit Strategy Playbook that gets me 1M+ organic impressions/month… and makes my posts show up consistently inside AI outputs (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). Here’s what’s inside the playbook: 😈 How We grow my SAAS gojiberryAI with Reddit 🔥 The 3+1 post formats that always go viral 🚫 How to get traffic from 100 subs → without getting banned 🔎 Our Reddit SEO method to rank in AI-generated answers ⚡ The automation flows we use to convert views into demos 🏴‍☠️ A little bonus just for you Want the full 1M Views/Month Reddit Strategy (100% Organic)? Here’s how to get it: ✅ Repost this post ✅ Comment “REDDIT” I’ll send it straight to you.

WTF 😡 Just woke up to this in Search Console... And I got hit with a BRAND NEW type of penalty 🤔 "Programmatic Authority Manipulation" Apparently targeting editorial placement purchasing, velocity-matched link campaigns and entity-based authority stacking... That's literally my exact playbook?? Internal action named FLOATEby-7.0.1 This cannot be a coincidence!!! They're targeting me all over again...

Announcing How Transformer LLMs Work, created with @JayAlammar and @MaartenGr, co-authors of the beautifully illustrated book, “Hands-On Large Language Models.” This course offers a deep dive into the inner workings of the transformer architecture that powers large language models (LLMs). The transformer architecture revolutionized generative AI; in fact, the "GPT" in ChatGPT stands for "Generative Pre-Trained Transformer." Originally introduced in the Google Brain team's groundbreaking 2017 paper "Attention Is All You Need," by Vaswani and others, transformers were a highly scalable model for machine translation tasks. Variants of this architecture now power today’s LLMs such as those from OpenAI, Google, Meta, Cohere, Anthropic and DeepSeek. In this course, you’ll learn in detail how LLMs process text. You'll also work through code examples that illustrate that transformer's individual components. In details, you’ll learn: - How the representation of language has evolved, from Bag-of-Words to Word2Vec embeddings to the transformer architecture that captures a word's meanings taking into account the context of other words in the input. - How inputs are broken down into tokens before they are sent to the language model. - The details of a transformer's main stages: Tokenization and embedding, the stack of transformer blocks, and the language model head. - The inner workings of the transformer block, including attention, which calculates relevance scores, and the feedforward layer, which incorporates stored information learned in training. - How cached calculations make transformers faster. - Some of the most recent ideas in the latest models such as Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) which uses multiple sub-models and a router on each layer to improve the quality of LLMs. By the end of this course, you’ll have a deep understanding of how LLMs actually process text and be able to read through papers describing the latest models and understand the details. Gaining this intuition will improve your approach to building LLM applications. Please sign up here: deeplearning.ai/short-courses/…

@BoringBiz_ Bloat? Can scarcely think of anything less efficient than an agent doing probabilistically what a program does deterministically

This is the best explanation I have heard of how AI is impacting the software landscape. Not just the stocks, but the actual fundamentals of the businesses underneath From AI Czar David Sacks himself "You take a product like Salesforce that deals with all your customer contracts and revenue. You are not going to replace that with code that has been spit out of a coding assistant that has not been fully vetted Think about how many bug reports on Salesforce's code base over the last 25 years. Maybe millions of them. That system has been tested across thousands of large customers and enterprises The idea that you are just going to rip out that system and replace with code that has been probabilistically generated by an AI engine yesterday, with a small team to maintain it internally, just does not seem realistic to me"

I think it's really over for courses and tutorials Very hard to get the right balance between depth/applicability. Courses initially seem "better" but tend to fall short on the former (or be unfinishable). A $30 book with 24/7 coaching by @cursor_ai is just not in the same universe! Ask it to check or suggest code, or just paste in a passage that's not registering for you 😍

I just asked 3 accountants who applied for a good paying job to multiply a pair of 2 digit numbers in their head eg 45 * 81 = 3645 And not a single one could do it. Am I completely disconnected from reality? Can most people who work with numbers not do this?

I have a civil engineering consultancy Have few "big" clients as I hate corporate bs Also refuse to do business development schmoozing, drinking/eating pastry on evenings when I'd rather be with the kids or at the gym Self builders have become our ICP They are generally playing with around 500k for their dream build They often don't foresee needing our services and then come with an irrational urgency, meaning they are much more sensitive to timescale than price 😎 Downside is they are one time clients 🙃
