I built a skill for Claude Code that designs cancel flows and save offers so you stop losing subscribers you could have kept.
It builds the entire churn prevention system — exit surveys that identify why people are leaving, personalized save offers based on their reason (too expensive? here's a discount. not using it? here's a pause option), dunning sequences for failed payments, and win-back campaigns for people who do cancel. Every save offer comes with expected recovery rates based on industry benchmarks.
Most SaaS companies have a one-click cancel button and nothing else. That's leaving 20-30% of recoverable revenue on the table.
It's called /churn-prevention and it's part of Marketing Skills — a free, open source collection of 32 marketing skills for AI agents like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.

Two big frustrations for me:
The desktop app is SLOW. Switching tabs or screens feels like it takes forever
When using CC in Vscode you have to constantly wait for the changes you make in desktop app to sync [Connectors / MCPs]
I almost quit on CC after the first time I used the desktop app

I love Claude models but their apps are so bad that I've switched almost everything back to @OpenAI
- Claude Code: Random freezing/crashing
- Macos app: So slow it's unusable
- Web app: Random hydration issues
- Cowork: takes 30s to load
Exhausted before I even open.

One thing that endlessly frustrates with Anthropic, a $300B+ dollar company, where most code is written with AI: Their landing page for paying customers, Claude .ai has been broken for weeks UX-wise, and no one notices or cares or fixes: It "loses" stuff I type while it loads:

real talk: I'm giving a talk at @MicroConf next month about AI Agents. and i'm terrified Not about the talk...these are my people, it's a fantastic event. But because the talk could go dark pretty easily. ?? What's going to be the impact of Agents going to be on SaaS when they become widely adopted? ?? What should we as already busy founders be doing to stay up with the times in AI ?? How should we be structuring our companies into the next few years? ?? Should we be thinking of Agents as the primary customers of our products into the future? ?? What's a moat today, and how do we all lean into it as hard as possible? All very heavy questions. Not as many answers.

@helloitsolly Ps accepting that this voice is part of you and being ok with it is probably the most sustainable intervention, but takes time.
A way that helps me is to approach it with love and curiosity. Instead of trying to push it away I wonder where it comes from, how it may help me etc

I squat 80kg today, a new PB
But my negative self-talk is out of control
I can't help but tune into to my weaknesses
I focus on not reaching my goals or feeling uncomfortable in my body
Even when the evidence points the other way
I am hard-wired like this and it's honestly exhausting
My trainer told me that I am constantly putting myself down
I want to feel comfort and pride in my achievements
Does anyone have any practical advice for handling this internal voice?
