This is a pretty legendary crashout by DC. An antigun jurisdiction loses just one hardware case, and: 1. They demand its precedential value be immediately stayed even before the court decides whether to en banc it (literally no precedent or rules exists to do that!) 2. They want the en banc decision be expedited and deny Benson even a chance to reply to the petition! 3. If the court ignores this DC will be flooded with magazines and everyone will die! They are pretty much trying to bully the court into granting en banc, I think. It's an excellent preview of New Jersey's crashout if they lose in the Third Circuit.

I went to the exact same location of the Cybertruck accident shown in the Fox News video. This is the US-69/59 Eastex Freeway northbound HOV lane at the Y-split near the Eastex Park & Ride exit (approaching from downtown Houston toward Humble). In the Fox News video, the vehicle failed to follow the right curve, going straight into the barrier. Well, I tested it twice today with Tesla FSD engaged the entire time with zero human intervention. And unless you think I am a hologram speaking to you from another dimension now, it worked out really well. Here is the video of me taking the exact same curve twice, with Tesla FSD v14.2.2.5.

NEWS: Tesla spotted Robotaxi service testing in Dallas, Texas. All Model Ys spotted in the area have rear camera washers, which is something only the Model Y Robotaxi vehicles in Austin have had. They also have Texas plates. One was spotted simulating a pickup/dropoff. @GregBellini66 is correct: lane keeping and lane centering are absolutely different, and Kia/Hyundai do have stop/go adaptive cruise. The issue is that they are all separate and don’t work together as a complete solution. I have a Kia EV9 and a Model Y and know the differences well.
