I like @jimmykimmel. He's funny & courageous at a time when there has been too much cowardice.
That said, this WAS a tasteless joke.
The WH will use any issue to demand he be fired because his satire touches a nerve, and ABC is right to resist.
But he'd be right to apologize.

Nothing infuriates an uninformed Congressional Dem more than when they realize they voluntarily triggered a debate with someone who actually knows what they are talking about, reads federal statute and adheres to Supreme Court precedent. Today’s self-implosion by @rosadelauro was quite remarkable to witness. Without apology or regret, I will always adhere to the best available reading of federal statute pursuant to the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Loper Bright.

Another TOTAL MELTDOWN by a Dem Congressman when confronted with facts about the rampant waste, abuse, and conflicts of interest as the Biden Admin doled out BILLIONS of dollars to their far left friends. Trump's DOJ just criminally indicted James Comey for a beach photo of seashells and no other evidence cited.
If that’s a crime in America, then what is:
-calling the free speech of six Democratic Members of Congress “seditious behavior, punishable by DEATH”?
-suggesting a former Republican Member of Congress should have to "face nine barrels shooting at her" with “the guns trained on her face”?
Todd Blanche just said the beach-shell conspiracy “is the kind of conduct we will NEVER tolerate and we will ALWAYS investigate and prosecute.”
Can we therefore expect investigations and prosecutions of these threats?
