$KPTI 2/3 of the 20-25K US MF patients are Rux failures and could benefit from Seli+Rux. Life expectancy for Rux failures is 1-2 years (mid-point). I believe NCCN will List Seli+Rux in guidelines. Still $1B opportunity.
