$KPTI 1) OS signal in MF needs to mature and could translate into $500M-$1B if it holds up. No drug has shown survival benefit on top of Jakafi. 2) endometrial cancer wild type p53 opportunity is very underrated. $1B-$2B possible if mid year read out replicates the impressive subgroup benefit seen in prior ph3. The closest title I could think of -שו״ת ריח שדה- doesn’t even have ק סימנים. Let’s check Otzar HaPoskim. Nada. Fine, check the first ed. of אפי זוטרי. Nope. Same riddle. But thanks to @NLIsrael we can check R’ Yaakov Pardo’s original ms. and voila! שדה, not השדה and ך, not ק.

Read this teshuvah online and this named sefer stuck out like a sore thumb (the ס״ך and מחששות were obvious conversion misreadings). Never heard of such a sefer nor did it even sound like one. Ok, stay calm; check the author’s actual sefer. Now this sounds better, except…
