this paragraph is so irritating. the wording doesn't make any sense, what do you mean by "released" and "open-sourced"? how can you "open-source" a project that's a clone of an open-source project? the entire spirit of os is that if you fork a project, the fork remains open source.

Shameless companies, just look at the recent bambu lab slicer fiasco. The guys software is based on an open source slicer, they forked it, put their crap cloud integration then attacked the guy who bypassed it by forking their repo which normally remains under the same gnu agpl license.
