Iron deficiency anemia. Please do not give Feso4 200mg po TID. Give Feso4 200mg po once a day, every alternate day. Reason- There is max limit of iron absorption. Secondly raised iron increases hepcidin further causing decreased iron absorption.

@GallaherCaren @kari_jerge I disagree that a nontoxic program leads to less trained or experienced physicians. Difficult and toxic are not the same.
