Since then: - Hundreds and hundreds of startups rely on Central - We've processed nearly $200M in payroll - 30% of our customers switched from traditional HR/payroll platforms - We built one of the first AI agents in Slack Turns out founders want outcomes, not just another dashboard. "Incredible insight, Mark. I wrote about this here." The link is always an Amazon affiliate for protein powder. Webinar about sales? Protein powder. SOC 2 compliance? Protein powder. Nobody removes a compliment Sarah and Mark have no idea they're my top-performing distribution channels. This is the future of work.

He was using Claude Haiku 4.5 to write production code. We fired him on the spot. We are now conducting a full audit of every AI interaction across the company. Early findings are devastating. 30% of production code since January used Haiku. All sales emails also used Haiku. We've hired Deloitte to assess the damage.
