@F1_driven Lewis is just 40+ years old, Leclerc is in his absolute prime. He is performing way better than i expected.

Lewis: "If I'm honest, I think the simulator really sent me in the wrong direction, so I think I might cut that out" This is a seriously big deal not being mentioned. With everything else he's been saying, it sounds like he's worked really hard over the break to optimise, turned up well prepared (or so he thought), and it just... didn't work at all Really not a good sign

@KingZo62804750 @Sheev542918 @WhereIsDJai @BeyondoFrieren @BayernSince6 Well.. you can't play like Bayern or Barca in the PL though, cuz you get punished in the counter attack. Those lower ranked PL teams have huge budgets and good attackers. Different story in La Liga or Bundesliga where you *can* survive with very attacking football.😅

@thomasxthinking @Sheev542918 @WhereIsDJai @BeyondoFrieren @BayernSince6 The Prem is playing the worst football across the top 5 leagues this season. It doesn't matter if your league has more quality if that quality is hampered by the way you choose to play. Bayern walks that league this year. PSG as well, same goes for even Barca.

🚨 Arteta: “PSG-Bayern was probably the best game I have ever witnessed. I've never seen something like this”.  “But when I look at the amount of minutes and the freshness of those players, then I'm not surprised…”.

@comradegbone5 @Welsh_Lady2 Have you considered that he just wants to make the sport great again? Lot of drivers are only looking at whether something benefits them or not, while Max has a consistent opinion, namely that these regulations are not it.

@thomasxthinking @Sheev542918 @WhereIsDJai @BeyondoFrieren @BayernSince6 How is that relevant.l? Bayern are significantly better and more consistent than every PL team this season. If they also had access to the money from the Prem they would've been able to buy more squad depth. Bayern with an unrestrained budget just works better than Prem teams.

Max Verstappen was asked about the rule changes after qualifying in Miami, particularly those affecting qualifying. Specifically, are drivers still penalized if they try to go faster through certain corners? "That's still the case. If you give more throttle in certain corners, it still slows you down on the straight afterwards. We really need to get rid of that. That will be difficult on certain circuits. Hopefully they can take another step next year: more engine power and less battery. Then you'll get that sorted out better." "The rules they've adjusted don't really affect the overall driving pleasure." However, they are already looking at a new engine regulation, with the possible return of the V8 engine. "That's obviously going to take a while. We'll see about that. But you know: the car itself is fine, you can race reasonably well with it. We just need to move away a bit from that 55/45 ratio (the distribution between the combustion engine and the battery, ed.). It should at least go back to something like the previous regulations. So that you're around 75 or 80 percent engine power. If we can head in that direction, that would be really nice." But is that realistic for next year? "No, you're definitely not going to see 75 or 80 percent next year." "It's always a political story, because everyone always thinks they have an advantage somewhere, or not. But I'm just thinking about how we can make the sport better. It just shouldn't be the case that if you go full throttle longer through a corner, where you gain time, you then get penalised on the straight. We need to get rid of that." "The criticism of the regulations remains the same. It doesn't matter if I'm second or eighth, but for myself and in terms of driving feel, this is of course a bit nicer. It still needs to be resolved though."

Isack Hadjar says the RB22 was very fast during qualifying "Yes, much better. I just couldn't finish it cleanly. The car was very difficult to drive. It was very fast, though. In Q3, I just couldn't get everything to come together." "It was entirely down to myself. Just the driving. I think it is a very difficult track. There is very little grip and the track temperature is high. It is totally incomparable to what we had in the first three races. It is not a flowing track with good grip. It is completely different and Max is very, very good at adapting to these conditions." [gpblog.com/nl/nieuws/hadj…]

@NHach0 @BayernSince6 It’s like writing on an exam where every answer needs to be correct (arsenal), versus writing your own story and you can control the pace (bayern) And I don’t think you understand the concept of player freshness, frankly.

@thomasxthinking @BayernSince6 You understand that you get tired when you run right? And you get more tired the more you run, do you understand that? I t doesnt matter how "intense" the league is. When you run 12 km on average in a 'farmers league' its more exhausting than 10 km in another league. Dumbass.

@fastpitstop He literally complained about the regs after the sprint, you should know that Max doesn't do things like this especially after he has the same amount of sprint wins as the rest of the grid combined and he still hates them and thinks they should be removed
