@AaronRigsbyOSC I went in COMPLETELY blind. I don’t like/watch scary movies. I recommended a dif movie to a friend, they said someone they followed released a movie, so we decided on a double feature afternoon. I was mesmerized! The cinematography & story were incredible. I want to see it again.

Finally got to the theater to see Obsession and see what the hype was about and oh. My. GOD! Hands down the best horror/suspenseful movie I’ve seen in the last decade and instantly shot to top 5 horror film of all time. I can honestly say 1) I’ve never had a film like this make my hairs standup on not one, but multiple occasions because I was so uncomfortable. 2) I’m not sure I’ve ever gone to a movie this hyped and left the theater in absolute awe of it living up to said hype. 3) watched a horror film where any gaps in the storyline that I could ask that didn’t make sense were not only explained, but explained quickly and to the point without being drawn out and annoying. 4) had a horror film leaving me on the constant edge of my seat, scrunched from the unsettling nature of every turn in the film not knowing what was going to happen next. 5) real dialogue that people in these situations would actually say. Not annoying script writing like most horror films. The list goes on and on. Massive congrats to Curry Barker for the unbelievable success of this film and blowing down the doors to the horror film name. Also hope Inde Navarrette is ready for her career to explode because holy SHIT she absolutely sold that part. So much to where one of the scenes in the movie ever legit looks uncomfortable. Seriously can NOT recommend this movie enough!

MY STUDENT TEACHER QUIT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SCHOOL DAY. A parent sent 14 emails overnight because their son got a zero after turning in a completely blank test. Admin asked her if she had tried “building a relationship” before giving consequences. She left her classroom lanyard on the desk and never came back. The part that really got me was watching admin apologize to the parent before even asking to see the test. Nobody in that meeting cared that the page was completely blank. The entire conversation was about “repairing trust.”

every time we see a dog in Walmart, my toddler starts laughing hysterically and says “mommy that is a silly JOKE, dogs don’t go in Walmart!” and I loudly agree, “you are right! Dogs do not belong in Walmart!” 😐
