He lied right to Alex’s face and pretended his position is that we just don’t know yet why Charlie was killed. But just days ago, he said it was “obviously” not because of his position on transgenderism. He said it was because of Charlie’s evolving views on Israel. And yet here he is denying that he ever took that position. He gaslights and lies to every person who even gently challenges him.

Forget me. The people watching are telling you exactly how they feel. They don’t see Charlie’s legacy being protected — they see people sitting at his table, broadcasting from his studio, and trying to fill a seat that isn’t theirs to fill.
I never said a word about destroying Charlie’s legacy. You invented that because it’s easier than addressing the actual criticism or the facts surrounding his assassination.
Your take on Candace tells me everything. It’s real easy for you to be brave behind a keyboard. It’s a lot harder to look someone in the eye and defend your position. Candace has truth and conviction on her side. You, however, do not.
You worked with Charlie for a short chapter. I was there long before you. I helped build what you’re now benefiting from so you can spare me the history lesson.
One last piece of PR advice: listen to your audience. Right now, they’re telling you exactly how this is being received. The longer you ignore them, the louder they are getting.

Candace has an established pattern of withholding information, evidence, and omitting facts to preserve the narratives that make her money.
She held onto video footage from behind Charlie for months.
On Dec. 15, Erika gave her information proving Brian Harpole wasn’t at Ft. Huachuca. She didn’t mention it until long after her Dec. 18 interview with Mitch Snow, and only after being called out.
That’s not journalism; that’s narrative forming.
On January 21, she confirmed that a donor told her Charlie named Erika as his successor during the Aspen event.
Now she says she had the Aspen footage for 7 months.
No objective person can reconcile these facts and conclude she isn’t lying and intentionally omitting critical information to exploit people for clicks, views, and money.

Gary, they're making you look dumb dude. They've backed you into their lie and they're letting you publicly take the heat for it. You know it was your understanding that the photo was portrayed as Erika's children, just as it was everyone else's. And rightfully so. Because it'd be weird to provide a photo of someone else's kids, paired with Andrew's text. It DOESN'T matter whose son it is. But THIS is why their alibis are picked apart and not believed. If they want to be trusted, they should have been honest. If there's nothing to hide, there's nothing to hide. They've been caught too many times, it's hard to believe what they say now. As revolting as this is, I'm actually a little glad that Candace said this, because it renders her agenda so transparent.
It's not "asking questions," it's not a hunt for "the truth." It's emotionally manipulative high school-level bullying from a narcissist. She is bitter that a person far better than her eventually saw her for who she really was, so she wants postumous revenge by attacking his family and the people he chose to put ahead of her.
How can people still fall for this act?
