Thank you to everyone who liked this photo. Many of you guessed Alaska, and yes, it was near Valdez. We’ve been to Antarctica three times, South Georgia Island, Canadian Arctic, Greenland twice, and Svalbard — all glorious.

@BlastingThrough Oh, Valdez? I actually grew up there for a few years. I'm guessing this was somewhere around Prince William Sound? Gorgeous area that South Alaska coastline. Any time of the year.
