@CodeRed_dev so is that why all of my friends on discord have suddenly started asking me to test their games even though they never expressed an interest in game dev before
@CodeRed_dev People might think this is a joke but no it's ridiculous, the more progress I make with code now and finishing the more I'm having to set aside time just to play my game properly.
@CodeRed_dev That is why there is playtesting websites like PlaytestQuest 😊
Devs: get insights
Players: get rewards
And no, these are not Steam reviews, it’s against ToS give rewards for reviews. It’s constructive feedback in our website so you avoid getting bad reviews or get good reviews
@CodeRed_dev I think its more like: not having people to test your game that will give you honest feedback.
Most people that you already know, if they play your game they will not tell you what is bad to not hurt your feelings.
@CodeRed_dev Real. I have been training a few small neural networks to help me with testing.
Still deciding if I am procrastinating or on to something xD
Starlink’s high-speed internet is available in your area.
Experience speeds up to 400+ Mbps to stream your favorite shows and sports, work from home, browse social media and more.
@CodeRed_dev I have my best friend do it. He's thankfully very patient when it comes to testing as sometimes bug fixing is tricky. Sometimes I'll think I fixed a bug only for it to still be there when he plays the game.
@CodeRed_dev I found that making dog water prototypes is a decent and quick way to find out if people would enjoy the game,
"I wish there was more" is generally a good sign lol
