How do you convict someone when you don’t have a date and time of the “crime”? In this case how do you defend yourself and establish where you were at the time when the time frame she gave was years not hours or minutes. This is the first thing defense lawyers do, but Trump and his lawyers were never given the opportunity to establish this basic defense.
