My Fintwit friend @unusual_whales invited me to participate in a Twitter Spaces panel interview of Sam Bankman-Fried today at 10a. I appreciate the invite, I think he is approaching this with clear eyes and a full heart, and I will listen with great interest!

I’m passing on the invite, though, because I believe strongly that Bankman-Fried should be questioned a) by professionals, b) under oath, and c) in a venue that allows for evidence to be presented, other witnesses to be called, and his testimony to be impeached.

Congressional hearings satisfy those conditions, so I wanted to provide a potential line of questioning that might be appropriate for House Fin Svces staff to adapt for Member questions. Twitter, please do your thing and forward this thread until it gets where it needs to get!

1) Mr. Bankman-Fried, last week Anthony Scaramucci said that as part of your $45m investment in Skybridge, you asked him to buy $10m worth of FTT tokens. Do you recall asking him to make this purchase?
