@HMRCcustomers Hi - I'm joining your webinar tomorrow about SEISS, but the confirmation e-mail asks participants to send questions to no-reply@hmrc.gov.uk, which unsurprisingly does not accept replies! Could you please provide an address which can be used to send questions before the webinar?

@HMRCcustomers Some employers are yet to receive their workers furlough payments, and thus are unable to pay them. Do you know why there’s a hold up and when this will be resolved?

@HMRCcustomers This is the 3rd tweet I’ve sent now, the previous 2 with no response! I have paid emergency tax the last 2 months through my employment. My tax code is now correct but how do I claim this tax back? I won’t pay any tax this year as I don’t earn enough

@HMRCcustomers Hi, I’m self employed but all my work for the year 2018/19 was through one company. Does this mean that the company I done the work for would need to claim money back for me or do I just wait for the HMRC to contact me, mid May?

@HMRCcustomers Morning. Firstly, I'd like to thank you. We've just received our first payment through the Jobs Retentions Scheme. Full payment and bang on time. A big relief for our business, so thank you. Second, are there any updates on the Coronavirus SSP reclamation scheme?

@HMRCcustomers The extra allowance (£6 a day I believe) you can claim for being asked to work from home. Do you do this only when you return to the normal place of work or monthly?
