@go_lightyear If it’s anything like the experience im having with a simple cash transfer into you guys it will be a nightmare. Horrendous disrespectful service. My transfer in wil soon be a transfer out!! One week waiting for a simple cash deposit, should be a one day event.

@go_lightyear Sounds cool right but you do the human stuff horrendously badly, refusal to preempt issues like my cash transfer in one week ago, you refuse to pick up the phone and call @NatWest_Help to find out why the hold up. Simple task that requires zero AI! One week & counting!!

@wtfrench76 @simon_schama @guardian Could not agree more. I was totally baffled by the Guardian review, I felt he just didn’t understand. Simon Schama’s History of Now was so brilliant, so thought provoking, highly moving. Mr Schama is a wonderful communicator, long me he continue to do so.
