I’m not defending Alex Jones. What he said about Sandy Hook was appalling. He’s dealing with the consequences in the Courts. But he has the right to free speech. That’s what I’m defending. We have mass murderers on Twitter, US Presidents who killed thousands of children. Get real

@KimDotcom Seriously. All the liberal indignation about things people say pales in comparison to the actual record of death & destruction that all their heroes have left. Obama, Biden and the Clintons are all mass murderers.

@KimDotcom He does have free speech, and he can still practice it. And he can still get sued into the ground for causing harm. Who is this tweet for

@KimDotcom You don’t have to like someone or agree with their opinion to respect free speech. There are individuals who committed genocide or the most heinous of crimes still active on here but his voice is silenced? At least share a valid reason holocaust deniers can be here but he can’t

@KimDotcom 1) Free Speech, as provided in the first amendment, does not extend to defamation. 2) Twitter is a private company that maintains their own Terms & Conditions to maintain a civil platform.

@KimDotcom Elon was as real as you can get in explaining why. It’s very personal to him. Which should be understandable. That should be respected.

@KimDotcom Well.... just saying free speech for manipulators is dangerous for some. One party used that effectively just around WWII wasn't it?

@KimDotcom If he had merely been a felon who murdered someone, liberals would support him being allowed to vote, but not tweet?

@KimDotcom it's not free speech. It's now being gatekept by 1 man and his feelings and values. Trust me when I say, none of these people are trustworthy or have anyone's best interests are heart. EVs don't help the environment - that's a con too! Just check the footprint on the build

@KimDotcom A coffeeshop will go bankrupt if the owner allows customers to yell obscenities or slurs without being kicked out. Other customers will leave. Elon is now the coffeeshop owner.

@KimDotcom Don’t really know what you are trying to say here, But….Your so called free speech has consequences. You can say whatever you want at anytime, but there are always consequences. There are always consequences for what you spew. Always. Maturity teaches you that.

@KimDotcom If he had proved right, it would not have been appalling, he would have been a hero At the time he was totally convinced he was right Alex Jones would never knowingly want to try to sell a lie I think most of his enemies know this really, but choose to deny it. They are appalling

@KimDotcom This is what free speech is about isn’t it? Alex Jones has the right to say whatever he wants, if he offended someone a court will rule. If you censor it, he wouldn’t face the consequences of his saying but it wouldn’t be free speech anymore

@KimDotcom We have a right to question Sandy Hook. The lack of maintenance records for the school. The Ambulance parking. The parents, Coroner, and strange neighbor interviews. The SWAT team member who was also a parent. Not to mention Parkland & Uvalde being obvious with stand down orders

@KimDotcom Free speech doesn’t cover purposeful libel, slander, and defamation. You should stick to commenting on matters you know something about free speech is not one of them.

@KimDotcom I see Elon's reasoning but it does mean he is injecting personal feeling and opinions over fairness and equality. Especially over something that was 'off-site'.
