@MicrosoftDesign So did you finally redesigned *all* Microsoft product icons (including app icons, status bar icons, functional icons within the apps, glyphs, etc.) or is it just another set of icons which will join already very fragmented system? 🤔
@MicrosoftDesign It is a shame that these new icons are forcing their Tiles to be Blue, and not my chosen colour - but I suspect the tiles will be removed from Windows 10, and not just 10X - in a future update...
@MicrosoftDesign@Windows So how are those different than classic icons of executables? I was hoping something more creative to fill that Start Menu boxes
@MicrosoftDesign@Windows Well, anyway I'm still seeing a lot of old design from Windows Vista until now in many deep setting sections and the whole Windows UI still fragmented?🙃
@MicrosoftDesign@Windows I think they look great! Any chance of updates to the UI theme itself? Brightest white and blackest black is bad contrast and triggers migraines for me. I'm thankful the icons at least are no longer single color, in any case, so thanks!
@MicrosoftDesign I'll say this as a designer myself: Microsoft takes a million years to implement a consistent new UI experience. I've been waiting for Fluent Design to take over since eons and it's still work in progress...
@MicrosoftDesign pretty sure this will head on a good direction... iconography... waiting for it to evolve just like @GoogleDesign rounded/outlined system icons for the win 🤞🤞🤞
@MicrosoftDesign Seems to match up with the design trend of today nicely. Anyway, wonder what the iconic windows ‘flag’ icon of the pre XP days would have looked like if modernised.
@MicrosoftDesign@Windows If you are gonna force another change on us please just add the option to use the old icons, and don't change the start menu either. Changing things for the sake of changing things. Please just don't.
@MicrosoftDesign The best thing it is that Microsoft Design seems to be more united than ever. Let's hope you gain enough weight in your ideas and decisions.
As many people said there is a rework on the apps and system needed but, everything must be done counting on your work
