@MigrationWatch Yes, it's the same as the small boat crossings. Politicians act like the current flow is all that matters, but even if they dropped to 0 and nobody ever crossed the channel again, there are still over 190,000 small boat arrivals since 2018 in the country.

@MigrationWatch The USA had the “melting pot” theory, the idea that immigrants would become American with shared ideals and principles. Gangs, Tammany Hall, Mafia, Ghettos, KKK etc. all show that didn’t quite succeed. It’s not working in the UK or EU either.

Net migration is entirely meaningless. The actually number of people coming here has not significantly changed. But the number of people leaving has dramatically increased. Our country is changing, through mass immigration, and not for the better. People are leaving in droves. EU migrants, who are the only productive immigrant group, are leaving. And being replaced with third world migrants that are proven to be a net drain. British nationals are fleeing. Disproportionately it's wealthy people leaving. Escaping Labour's oppressive tax burden and business restrictions. As welath leaves the tax burden increases for those still here. Mainly the white British. The welfare budget is not larger than the amount of tax money coming in. This at a time when unemployment is on the rise. More immigration doesn't fix this. It actually makes it worse. Our country is sinking, badly. And immigration, net and gross, is one of the biggest reasons for it.

@MigrationWatch It is the biggest demographic change on this island since, at least, the arrival of the Germanic tribes in the 5th and 6th centuries A.D. And the new populations are not assimilating - as is made clear by the attitudes of their children and children's children.

@MigrationWatch @AllisonPearson The UK hasn’t woken up to the fact that wealthy and educated people are now globally mobile. While taxes rise, countries like Dubai and Singapore are attracting talent and investment. Britain risks losing productive taxpayers while increasing pressure on already stretched service

@MigrationWatch Canada is even worse. 1 in 4 people with Canadian citizenship were not born in Canada. 1/3 of all people in Canada right now were not born in Canada. Whatever you imagine when you think of Canadians, in 20 years it definitely won't be that.

@MigrationWatch Politicians of the last 20 years need to face a court for treason . The problem is they’ve not been doing it by their own choosing . They’ve simply been following orders from either the WEF or whoever else is truly in charge .

@MigrationWatch It must be reversed. This scale of change is something the public voted to prevent election after election. And despite promising to address it, successive governments oversaw a vast increase in immigration. The public anger is palpable.

@MigrationWatch Low birthrates. Boomers started retiring at 55 in 2001. All Boomers are now in their 60s and boomers I know have basically retired. My mother had 4 children. Me, born 1971 and 3 younger sisters. My family was seen as too large. In 2001 an immigration boom was the only option.

@MigrationWatch Concerned about what? Peaceful migration is consensual by definition. If no one wanted immigrants, no one would sell land to them or do business with them - conditions which are required for them to sustain life abroad.

Paid for with your tax dollars, that you never had to pay, but did so due to a belief in law enforcement and dependency for safety/security - instead of being a law-abiding citizen that exercised self-governance and self-defense, aka upheld the Constitution and Bill of Rights (the LAW).
