@O2@virginmedia Can you tell me how to get out of my contract then? I want absolutely nothing to do with Virgin after the way they messed us around earlier this year. This is a backwards move IMO.
@O2@virginmedia Feel sorry for @virginmedia as your customer service is the worst. No one will talk to me about a threatening letter you have sent about a closed account. Reason given - the account is closed 🤬 Really then why are you sending me threatening letters?
@O2 So will they be taking on your standard of service or will you be adopting theirs? o2 have been quite good but Virgin Media like to take people’s money for absolute trash & I don’t want to deal with them or that again. Nor do I really want my money lining their filthy pockets!
@O2@virginmedia Terrible network coverage by O2. Nothing loads up, nothing downloads! Static and everything round in circles until you get msg "sorry try again later". And this is wherever I am: home, out, park, shop, office, by the sea!!! When my contract's up I won't be renewing thats 4 sure
@O2@virginmedia Be nice to see benefits filtering through for joint customers like the FAQs mention - been with Virgin since the Telewest/Blueyonder days, and with O2 for years too 🙂
@O2@virginmedia I hope this doesn't result in your customer service becoming diabolical like Virgin Media's, that's one of the better things about O2, responsive customer service!
@O2@virginmedia Wow, this is literally the duo of the worst mobile network combined with the worst fixed line ISP... has anyone told either of you to invest in modern infrastructure or meaningful customer service in the last decade?
@O2@virginmedia Oh well time to leave o2 then been a loyal customer for years but seeing that @VirginMedia are now on board god help us all they are totally rubbish piss poor customer service
@O2@virginmedia Will it be easier for O2 customers to use the Virgin Media free WiFi on the London Underground or will it continue to be near impossible to connect?
