@O2 @virginmedia My wife is with both Virgin and O2 under the same name and O2 Volt Benefits says this: "Already got Virgin Media at your address, but it's not in your name? You're not eligible for Volt benefits right now, but we're changing this soon." And telling her to Join Virgin Media.

@O2 Yes she has double checked. O2 was in her maiden name but sent marriage cert and name was changed a few days ago.
