@O2 Nothing extraordinary about it. It’s the demand you’d expect you’ve just failed to prepare for it. Your app goes down for most ticket releases it’s poor preparation that’s all.

@O2 Great advice, some people have jobs and allocated time to try and get tickets. Terrible excuse, you didn't take into account there would be extraordinary demand. What is the salary of the person responsible for that catastrophic misjudgement?

@O2 How is it acceptable for you to log customers out when they are already logged in and ready for the sale times? I got my first code 6 hours after I first tried to re login. Absolute shambles. 8 hours on and still can’t log in. Surley you knew the demand would be extremely high!!

@O2 Not even working once it lets you on logged me in sent me security code then kicked me back off! Not heard of a queue? like every other site uses so to not crash the site!
