@o2 Apple Watch cell activation stuck at error 8. O2 states 24 hour activation, so far I have waited 5 weeks. Calling 202 nobody can help, complaint sent, no response after the quoted 5 working days. Complain again and get asked to wait “patiently”. Still nothing. Please help?

@O2 O2 has disappointed me massively here. Both through an awful product experience and then having to deal with an unjointed up support function that seems incapable of helping.

@O2 Thanks for the update. I was told my matter would be resolved by now. It hasn’t been. I’ve invested untold hours in a basic need to setup a mobile plan for a watch!
