@O2 Ordered phone but could not be delivered as O2 did not process code for DPD so I was not allowed to accept it. Now O2 have taken £1084 out of my account for a phone I never received! This needs sorting and quick. Customer care useless…

@O2 Yes, I did get a DM but after that I have questions that need answering , I need the £1088 back in to my account now, this has been going on for over a month for goodness sake!

@O2 I would do if you had sent me one, I only have DM’s from 2 days ago from O2. It’s like going round in circles with anything to do with this issues, I have recorded conversations and messages where O2 has admitted the error but nearly 6 weeks later and you still its not sorted
