@O2 @Gray335251 Also in the same boat, should have had the phone Tuesday, DPD still have t received the phone from O2. Customer service say they are aware of a problem, but only when asked!!! Would the decent thing not have been to notify customers of an issue before they have to come chasing!!

@O2 @Gray335251 Call centre just advised me that is all DHL thought. Refused to give me any tracking information. I contacted DHL, DHL mentioned they have NO delays with o2. So who is lying?
