Ordered new watch from @O2 promised next day delivery. Didn’t happen. Told next day, didn’t happen again. Now told another 3 weeks.
Customer service has been awful. Can’t cancel or change just stuck.
Please avoid like the plague.
They’re still advertising next day delivery!

@O2 not a great start with o2. New Phone should have arrived on Monday, now on Friday and its still not collected by the courier. After calling to discuss, told there was a delay. No email, no text. No nothing to explain the delay. Over £800 spent. No one cares. Not happy

@AsdaServiceTeam can we remove the express option on your click and collects please as it’s a service that’s not being delivered. Paying extra for a time slot, then waiting over an hour in the bay. I had a Baby on board so have to eventually leave without goods. Poor service.
