@Gray335251 @AshMindSet @O2 This is a lot worse than that. They literally haven't dispatched a single order since the 27 November by all account. Won't say what the issue is. I seen mention of flooding at warehouse. A fire and DPD/DHL not collecting. But it's the warehouse not processing order.

@O2 Day 10 and not one single direct apology, text or any form of update, despite me reaching out multiple times by email, call inc emailing the CEO.

Call @O2 customer service regarding a complaint that's been on going for 2 Months now, get put on hold and then my call gets picked up by a completely different department and have to start process again! Disgusting levels of service.

There are so many complaints and @O2 is ignoring them. Furthermore, they are still taking orders and promising next day delivery. They are lying when you call as well. Disgusting.

A week and I've still not received my @o2 order. @thesun @themirror @SkyNews have you heard about the farce of O2 not fulfilling orders but still taking orders even though they can't supply them. Thousands of people still waiting and paying for orders they haven't received

@AshMindSet @O2 It looks like there has been an issue @O2 have known about for some time… but haven’t been informing customers placing orders.

@AshMindSet @O2 Same thing happened to me. Website shows in stock, ordered phone for next day delivery. Never happened. DPD say o2 haven’t sent them the parcel, so I called o2 and they are saying DPD haven’t collected parcel. Either way, still hasn’t arrived and I’m being told to wait.

Ordered new watch from @O2 promised next day delivery. Didn’t happen. Told next day, didn’t happen again. Now told another 3 weeks. Customer service has been awful. Can’t cancel or change just stuck. Please avoid like the plague. They’re still advertising next day delivery!

Anyone thinking of placing an order with @O2 be aware that dispatches are delayed. They’ll SAY delivery next working day. This is a lie. They’ll SAY to await a message from a delivery partner. This is also a lie. The courier hasn’t even got your phone. Rubbish service right now.
