@O2 not a great start with o2. New Phone should have arrived on Monday, now on Friday and its still not collected by the courier. After calling to discuss, told there was a delay. No email, no text. No nothing to explain the delay. Over £800 spent. No one cares. Not happy

@O2 Who would I need to call to cancel this? I am currently with EE and they can match the deal and deliver the phone by Monday next week!!

@O2 @cw03moore Loads in this boat - we've paid, they have not shipped the product and they are refusing to let us cancel, which is breaking consumer rights. I wonder what @virginmedia think of consumer rights @O2 are breaking with loads of their customers?
