Anyone facing issues with @O2 delivery & not allowed to cancel. DM me. They are breaking The Consumer Rights Act. They are trying to fob us off so it cuts the admin & cost on their side. One of us won’t budge their arrogance, but a gang of us will. @virginmedia brand reputation!

@O2 I placed an order on 29th Nov, it was due to arrive on the 3rd Dec. No emails to say it's been dispatched but I have a DHL tracking number which says it's waiting to be collected by the courier? But DHL site says it doesn't exist. Where is my order?

@O2 not a great start with o2. New Phone should have arrived on Monday, now on Friday and its still not collected by the courier. After calling to discuss, told there was a delay. No email, no text. No nothing to explain the delay. Over £800 spent. No one cares. Not happy

@O2 You have problems with your distribution and have no idea of when it will be resolved. I therefore have no idea when I will get my product ordered a week ago. You will also not allow me to cancel my order that you can not deliver. @CommsOmbudsman is getting contacted.

@O2 ordered a phone on Fri. Was meant to be delivered Mon. But it never made it to the carrier. O2 keep adding more time for their logistics team to come up with an excuse. Meanwhile my 14 day terms tick down. I’ve fulfilled my contract. What about you?
