@O2 I’d just like the phone I ordered over a week ago! Your customer service has been non existent, no update given on when I am likely to receive my phone!

Once your order is shipped from the warehouse, you’ll receive a message from the courier with delivery information. Ordered on 1st with delivery due 3rd and it’s now 17th and still not here 🤷♂️
I looked on your site on Saturday and it said delivery 17th
