@O2 phone contract cancelled on 27th December within 14 day cooling off period still waiting for Jiffy bag to be sent through and being billed Every agent I speak to doesn’t seem to understand how to press a button on the system to send a Jiffy bag out - NEED THIS RESOLVED ASAP

@O2 and the o2 saga continues Phone arrived late in December, spoke to representative on 27th December who gave me a false cancellation number and said I would receive Jiffy bag in post to send phone back - 15 days later on the phone for 27m I’m being told it was not cancelled

@O2 @charloootte1981 So why does your website say next day service when you go to place an order? Ordered on 1st with delivery due 3rd and it’s now 17th and still not here 🤷‍♂️ I looked on your site on Saturday and it said delivery 17th Update your site to be honest and not failing expectations
