@O2 The phone I was meant to receive yesterday, would be nice, updating your instore staff would be great, no I don't want £10 compensation, or a copy paste response, I better get a discount on my new contract or I be leaving

@O2 To actually keep your customers up to date with what is happening with their orders - if O2 are just honest with people and let them know when they would expect there deliveries instead of fobbing people off with no updates so people may understand more. A week with no updates!!!

@O2 My Christmas Wish is for your staff not to lie to me about when my iPhone 16 Pro Max will be delivered! I placed the order 30/11 for delivery 3/12. Did not arrive. Instead, a daily text from you ..a nonspecific “sorry your orders delayed.. will arrive tomorrow..” 1/2..

@O2 I wish O2 would solve tbe issues for my 77 year old mother instead of threatening her with debt collectors. Been trying to sort this for months 😡
