@O2 Hi O2. We’ve just ordered a mobile for our son through Affordable Mobiles. When calling for the O2 credit check he was told he needs a passport (got) and a driving licence (not got). As he didn’t have one, we were told he could not proceed and you hung up! Thoughts?

@O2 Our son has epilepsy and cannot drive. Does that mean he’s not welcome as an O2 customer?

@O2 I would do but we weren’t told it was declined. He just hung up! How do you approve people with disabilities that don’t have a driving licence? More than an automated reply would be great.
