@cathdeans Hi Cath. Sorry to hear your son has missed his flight to Tokyo. He'll need to seek further advice from airport staff in this situation. He may have to pay to rebook if he was late/lost, I'm afraid. It is the passenger's own responsibility to meet conformance at the gate. Claire

@British_Airways our son is stuck in Madrid after arriving from Heathrow, being told to go to the wrong place, and missing his flight to Tokyo. BA staff want nothing to do with it. Heathrow to Madrid - BA, Madrid to Tokyo - Iberia. Can you advise urgently.

@O2 Hi O2. We’ve just ordered a mobile for our son through Affordable Mobiles. When calling for the O2 credit check he was told he needs a passport (got) and a driving licence (not got). As he didn’t have one, we were told he could not proceed and you hung up! Thoughts?
