I know you're probably asking for desktop, but on iOS, if you're not on Brave then I'm not sure how you make it everyday. Ad and cookie banner blocking is so beneficial on mobile, where it's far too easy to tap an ad by accident and where the cookie banners take up 80% of the screen.
