I love flying into Utah, exiting the terminal, and seeing families welcoming home their missionaries. It's such a distinctly Utah thing and makes me smile every time. Maybe we should make "welcome" signs for potential storms so they know they are home here.

@WasatchSnow I agree. My welcome home last time I arrived in SLC was a little different.

@WasatchSnow Dec 4, we'll be doing that ritual for my youngest. I always feel a mix of vague embarrassment ("these ppl must wonder why we have this circus of crazies waiting here") but also happy to see people so happy. But they'd be happier with snow. 😂

@WasatchSnow So many awesome things about Utah! I’m not LDS but I will forever have disdain for the university of Cincinnati after their football behavior last Saturday against BYU. What on earth is wrong with people?
