Had the honor of meeting @ASEAN Secretary-General Dr @hourn_kao to discuss possibility of scaling UNDP's support to ASEAN, incl thru @UNDPIndonesia. Glad I had the chance to brief him on the new Blue Innovation project funded by Govt of Japan, benefiting all AMS and Timor-Leste.

UN Asst. Sec-Gen @khiari_khaled visited the #Malaysian Peacekeeping Centre to discuss cooperation on @ASEAN & #UNpeacekeeping & appreciation for #Malaysia's long-term contribution to UN Peace Operations currently at 850+ military & police UN peacekeepers including 10%+ women.

Very thankful to Ambassador H.E. Mr. Gerard Ho, the Permanent Representative of Singapore 🇸🇬 @ASEAN, for our fruitful exchange 🙏 We discussed the region's priority challenges in @UNODC mandate areas, including #cybercrime and #financialcrimes.
