One of my neighbors is one of the builders of Veo3 at Google. He works damn near 7 days a week because he believes if you’re not rich or financially set by 2030 you’re cooked, because of AI and how it’ll replace a huge portion of the workforce. People think it’s a game but I agree with him 100%.

Weren't ETFs supposed to make $BTC less volatile? $32k drop in 2 weeks and no bottom in sight paints a different picture. This will continue for some weeks. We are still at disbelieve, no horror in the market yet. buckle up guys

🦾🔥 2026 will be the year of robotics. And you should start a robotic company right now! Let me explain you why and show you the opportunities in the video – but here is an outline: We're in an Will Smith spaghetti moment. Remember how AI-generated video looked horrific two years ago? That's where robotics is right now. Computer vision is solved. VLAs (vision language action models) are starting to work. The reliability problem is being cracked as we speak. And unlike software, where you're competing against 15,000 marketing AI startups, humanoids has maybe 200 companies worldwide. Warehousing, the most crowded robotics vertical, has 700. Plus what are you going to do? Build a SaaS that claude can one-shot? The macro tailwinds are also obvious: Dark factories. Self-driving everything. Drones dominating warfare. China pushing automation hard. The West needing to reindustrialize with an aging workforce. But the real unlock is that small teams can now move incredibly fast. In the video we show robots built by one person, that is a year later already shown at CES, and raised couple million euros. Components costs are also dropping. Plus production suppliers actually want to work with startups now. In the video we are also going into opportunities. One mental model is simple: robotics is the next SaaS. Look at any industry, find one specific task, and build a robot that can do it better, faster, or around the clock. But we go through multiple mental models more in the video I uploaded the full video right here on X. But if you got a second, i'd appreciate a share, like, subscribe on youtube (link below!) ⬇️

2025: AGI was allegedly being birthed on Solana 2026: Lobster General Intelligence ("LGI") A cracked team of devs enabling AI Agents to be spun up using @openclaw on a Mac Mini, interfaced with a Telegram bot The best part? It's already outperforming Apple's Siri after just 20 days since creation Bookmark this & give it a whirl
GIF
0xSammy@0xSammy

Mac Minis are breaking out on ‘Google Search’ trends The driver? Clawdbot People are hoovering up the Apple devices to run their own AI assistants This article explains the Clawdbot setup seamlessly: 1) Install: Open your computer's terminal/command prompt and type: `npm install -g clawdbot@latest` (You need Node.js version 22 or newer already on your computer – it's like the engine that runs this) 2) Run the easy setup wizard Type: `clawdbot onboard --install-daemon` It will ask you simple questions and automatically: - Set up the "always-on" background part (called the gateway/daemon) - Create a folder on your computer called `~/clawd` where all your custom stuff lives - Add ready-made example instructions (like personality files: SOUL.md, AGENTS.md, TOOLS.md) - Help you connect chat apps and pick your AI brain (usually Claude models like Opus or Sonnet) 3) Check if everything works Type: `clawdbot doctor` It runs a quick health check: Is the background part running? Folder okay? AI connected? etc. 4) Terms / Actions explained: - The "gateway" = the always-running part that keeps Clawdbot alive 24/7 (uses a small port like 18789) - Your `~/clawd` folder = the brain's home – edit files here to change how it talks or acts - Connect your chats = link WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage, Slack, Discord, Signal, etc. (you log in/pair once) - Add skills = give it extra powers (built-in ones, your own code, or download from their hub) - Safety options = run risky stuff in a locked box (Docker), control your browser if you want, etc. After the wizard finishes, you basically have your own private, local AI assistant that lives in your chat apps and only runs on your machine Personal assistance just had their jobs displaced. 2026 is going to be wild

Installing Clawd bot now. What are some beginner use cases I should try out?
Dan Peguine ⌐◨-◨@danpeguine

why @openclaw is nuts: 1. your context and skills live on YOUR computer. not a walled garden and you can switch models with one command 2. it's open source so you're not paying anyone for insane value 3. it has a growing community building skills for it - this is compounding rn 4. world class developers like @steipete, @theguti 5. only 19 days old and is constantly improving, shipping speed is insane 6. "personal AI assistant" undersells it. it's a company assistant, family assistant, team tool. 7. it's accessible via any of your favorite platforms (whatsapp, telegram, signal, discord, slack...) 8. it's proactive AF: cron jobs, reminders, background tasks, it reaches out to you 9. its memory is amazing, context persists 24/7 what else?

I've been onboarding non-engineers to Claude Code automate their sales, GTM and recruiting work for the past week. I've been teaching the developer tricks, learned through thousands of hours trial-and-error. Every time, they find it less intimidating and more capable than expected. Lesson 2/5 on using Claude Code for normal people. Context Management You may have heard the terms token or context window. It's not that complicated. Here's a simple way to think about it. A token is basically a character. "a", "b", "c". Each is a token. This isn't perfectly accurate, but it's a safe mental model. Each LLM (GPT-5, Claude Sonnet, Claude Opus, Gemini 3) has a fixed context window. That's the maximum number of tokens it can hold in a single conversation. There is no way to fit more than that. As a rule of thumb: as your conversation gets longer, the agent gets dumber. Longer chat = dumber agent. Think about it as a coworker at the end of a long day. Except each day is a chat, and the 8-hour work day is the 128k-token context window. The smartest people in the world have been given infinite capital to solve this. And they will. But today, this is a real limitation we live with What this means in practice. Context-window Dumbification means: - You should strive to finish a task in as short a chat as possible - You should break large tasks into smaller pieces across multiple chats Which brings me to the real unlock of Claude Code. Files. On your computer. Claude Code can write outputs to files, on your computer. You can end one chat, start a brand-new one and pick up exactly where you left off. But with a fresh, unsaturated Claude operating at full strength. Example: You're researching venues for your company offsite in Denver, CO. Chat 1 "Claude, research and find all event venues for ~200 people in Denver CO. Write them all to a file with their address, capacity, website, and Google Maps URL." Chat 2 "Claude, please review denver_venues.csv for ClaudeMasters LLC's offsite. We care about high-end booze, discounted pricing and proximity to the Marriott downtown. Score each on a scale 0-100 and write them all to a file." Chat 3 "Claude, please review denver_venues_scored.csv, select the top 10, find contact info for each and write a quote request email. Write everything to a file." Each time you start a new chat, Claude picks up from prior work. But the new Claude is fresh, unsaturated, focused, and ready to execute with maximum brilliance. That's the trick. That's all for today!

NEXT STEPS (My guess): 1. Escalation is reframed as “insurrection” Protests → riots → existential threat. Language shifts from “law enforcement” to “saving the nation.” (That rhetorical jump is decisive.) ⸻ 2. Federal forces are expanded, not restrained Agencies like Immigration and Customs Enforcement are: •Given broader latitude •Shielded from oversight •Praised publicly for “strength” Accountability becomes “undermining security.” ⸻ 3. State resistance is portrayed as treason Governors, mayors, judges who resist are labeled: •“Obstructionists” •“Enablers” •“Enemies within” Federalism is reframed as sabotage. ⸻ 4. Emergency powers are invoked Extraordinary authority is justified as temporary: •Deployment of federal force •Bypassing normal chains of command •Suspension of norms, not constitutions This is the legal hinge moment. ⸻ 5. Opposition is criminalized, not debated Political opponents become: •“Insurrectionists” •“Domestic threats” •Subjects of surveillance or prosecution Politics turns from persuasion → enforcement. ⸻ 6. Media pressure intensifies Critical outlets are: •Delegitimized •Threatened with access loss or legal pressure •Blamed for unrest Supportive media becomes the “voice of order.” ⸻ 7. Elections are framed as unsafe or illegitimate Narrative appears: “We cannot allow chaos to decide our future.” This can justify: •Federal intervention •Questioning outcomes •Extraordinary “security measures” ⸻ 8. Loyalty tests spread through institutions Civil servants, law enforcement, military leadership face a choice: •Personal loyalty •Or removal/marginalization Neutrality quietly disappears. ⸻ 9. Violence becomes asymmetric Pro-government force is excused as “restoring order.” Opposition force is labeled terrorism. Same act. Different label. ⸻ 10. The public adapts This is the most dangerous step. People don’t cheer dictatorship — they normalize it: •“At least there’s order” •“It’s temporary” •“What choice do we have?” At that point, reversal becomes very hard. ⸻ The core insight Authoritarian takeovers don’t feel like coups. They feel like crisis management. They succeed when: •Fear outruns law •Loyalty replaces neutrality •Emergency becomes permanent

I try not to be political with this account. But as a German. I must say. What ICE is doing under @realDonaldTrump in #Minneapolis must remind my Grandparents how it all started with GISTAPO under Hitler. And that in a country with a 2nd amendment which should allow you to carry arms. Executed after disarmed and in plain sight. Things are gonna get interesting soon. Could be the beginning of the end of an Empire we are watching. Fits into this time of massive turmoil and transition on all levels.
Mats Nilsson@mazzenilsson

In #Minneapolis you can be armed with a phone; then be executed by ICE. Time for Minneapolis to stand their ground and not be tread on by the federal government.

To all the lazy VCs and investors out there who deploy capital but don’t actively work with their portfolio companies: There’s no better feeling than having founders genuinely appreciate your input and the effort you put in. It’s not just about the gratitude, it’s about actually getting the chance to meaningfully contribute to shaping the future you believe in. This is exactly what motivates me to get up every day and to keep going, even in the darkest times of crypto. ROI is great, of course, but I can tell you this is far more fulfilling. And ironically, it usually leads to better ROI anyway. Can highly recommend.
