@SMetaldave64 Quality mode is the only playable mode on series s , other modes like performance looks like some one smeared Vaseline all over screen. With 120hz screen monitor , you can get 30-40fps on quality mode on Series S , which is more than playable to me than switch 2

Game Pass Ultimate has become too expensive for too many players. Starting today, we’re dropping the price from $29.99 to $22.99/month.
Future Call of Duty titles will no longer join Game Pass Ultimate on day one. They will join this tier the following holiday after launch (about a year later). Current Call of Duty titles will remain available to Ultimate subscribers.

…with the catch that I'd have had to agree to New York jurisdiction and give up my strongest procedural defense so that they could keep the case exactly where they wanted it.
They weren’t just “being nice.” It was a trade. If I conceded jurisdiction. They'd dismiss defamation with prejudice and promise not to refile it anywhere else.
That tells you everything about how confident they were in surviving the jurisdiction fight.
I said “No” to their offer.
I want everyone to remember what this means.
If their defamation claim had real strength behind it, they wouldn’t have offered to permanently drop it w/prejudice just to secure jurisdiction. You don’t abandon your 'biggest' claim forever unless you know it’s vulnerable.
This case has turned into a procedural chess match that’s burning time and money instead of proving anything on the merits.
