@CheadleMark @SDetectorist Nope, all sheep in this part of the world.

@SDetectorist I'm just down the road from Ickworth - nothing going on as yet. Last night was the experience of a lifetime (darling!) unlikely to be repeated in my time. Sadly.

@Moledozer @haymansafc @A14Info Totally agree - well said 👏. It’s pathetic that it’s taken this long!!😡

"The central barrier is scheduled for repair on June 15, and this is expected to take around seven days..."
The accident happened on 9th May. 🙄

@A14Info Has someone forgotten to switch off the 40mph restriction on the #orwellbridge ?
English

@femalemechanic1 There's a chap in Halsted - Anglia Wheels who is very good if you ever need to subcontract it out. Did my midget wheels which were all over the place, dead spokes etc.

@briggusbb @SnapeMaltings I sincerely hope when I hear the band again at the @RoyalAlbertHall for the ‘Nationals’ on October, they will have polished up their act. I must mention that Soprano player, Martin Irwin, turned in an excellent performance for me from start to finish!
English

Well... What a concert!!!
Tonight the band performed at the amazing @SnapeMaltings concert hall, and it will certainly be one that lives in the memory!
The hall was filled to the brim with an incredibly welcoming and appreciative audience.
Thank you Snape Maltings!

@briggusbb @SnapeMaltings I’m sorry but I don’t agree. Both myself and my wife were disappointed in what can only be described as a ‘lack lustre’ concert with a nearly full audience - hardly ‘filled to the brim’. 4 soloists played well but all opted for melodic pieces - we just weren’t wowed!!…….

@CRVH @debenpilot I read that a new chartlet will be issued ASAP.

@chevington That’s fantastic Ian. Certainly proud dad material!

Proud Dad moment.

Good News story 🗣: Our #ipswich SLT Felicity worked with a gentleman who was nil by mouth after a stroke, using Expiratory Muscle Strength Training to rehab his swallow. He is now able to eat and drink safely without any modification to his food or drink.🍴#SwallowAware2022

@nikidoog @Robin_Askwith Mike Yarwood does actually look like Robin Day now! 😂

@VictoriaCoren My wife and I know your version of ‘The Holly and the Ivy’ - indeed she played it on the piano this year. Strange that you should know this version rather than the ‘traditional’ version. Tut tut!!

@BBCLookEast A stark warning to everyone. Have just watched this report on the lunchtime bulletin - why the music? Also, the captions said that ‘Neil and his wife got minor injuries’ - shouldn’t it be ‘received’? #grammerpolice

@devonish70 @raystratman Similar thoughts but to be fair, the BBC are only televising something organised by the @PoppyLegion

I hate the Americanisation of hymns. This ‘Abide With Me’ by Alexandra Burke is just so awful. No, it’s worse than awful - it’s sacrilegious. This is an iconic and solemn hymn of remembrance, not to be played around with by vocal gymnastics. Shameful. #FestivalOfRemembrance
English

@ScareyCrowe @alexandramusic @BBCOne @PoppyLegion @BBCS_Events @BBCiPlayer Totally agree - also if you listened to what was happening around you, you wouldn’t have got out of sync with the orchestra! The DOM was doing his best to try a and catch your attention!

@alexandramusic @BBCOne @PoppyLegion @BBCS_Events @BBCiPlayer Sorry but you murder a beautiful iconic hymn
English

I couldn’t be more touched or honoured to have been asked to perform at #FestivalOfRemembrance tonight on @BBCOne from 9pm. Thank you @PoppyLegion for supporting our armed forces for the last 100 years ❤️ @BBCS_Events @BBCiPlayer
