@TfL is there another way of getting my child’s zip card? Applied 43 days ago.. called and had it escalated 3 times. She is currently walking for 45 mins to school.

@MojangSupport I have just bought Minecraft Java. I can't log in. I've realised I had to use a different address to my other account but couldn't find a password it accepted without using one suggested. It then didn't save and the reset button does't work. Tried many times
