@EngineeredPer4m This is not surprising and probably apart of most volleyball “fitness requirements”. 🙄🙄🙄🙄 I hated it as a player bc it didn’t make sense so I eliminated it as a coach.

I have a patient recovering from knee surgery. She said her HS volleyball coach is having the team run a mile under 8:30 at tryouts to make varsity 🙈 Haha smh I can't make this stuff up. Volleyball players jump, slide, change directions quickly and repetitively. They don't run.

I stopped treating on Fridays at the beginning of the year to address my lack of self care.

Treating patients around my age is funny asl esp when they malingering and tryin to play you. I be like “umm.. so I got boo boo da fool on my head or something? Who you think you outsmarting?!”
Most of them tighten up and comply with a little communication lol 😆

Coach it's because of relationships that I've been able to improve my wisdom/knowledge as a Sprint coach..
Continuing education is fine, but learning from the OG's with tons of experience is priceless
