@Xfinity extremely disappointed that I couldn’t watch paramount last night through xfinity. Now we have lost redzone and nfl network. Absolutely horrible. You have priced out customers like me. shameful

Xfinity, what a horrid company. Cant upload damage report of property $300….cant speak to a live person. I should never ever switched. I will never recommend. All they want is your money and when they do damage the circus begins…. @Xfinity @XfinitySupport

Please do better @XfinitySupport . How can we pay our bills if we do not receive a paper bill, unable to access our account online, via the TV app, connect with a representative online, or get the chat system to work in less than 12 hours? AND bill is wrong, again.

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport Called for assistance re my elderly mother’s account multiple times, get placed on hold then disconnected. Promised a loyalty discount, instead charged $100 more per month. Can’t even inquire bc of horrible customer service. Shameful!

@XfinitySupport Tried to ask your bot but they were not very helpful. I wish to add wifi extender so that my garage wifi camera will stop shutting down. But your bot said I can add it only if I subscribe to Xfinity Pro. Is that true? And if so, please msg me--am I with Xfinity Pro?
