@bookingcom just tried to make a rental car booking and keep getting “oops try again” but i now have 4 pending credit card transactions!. This on top of the cost being £20 more when logged in. As it stands, no rental and four pending payments of £130🤬🤬

@bookingcom why are you so against quoting room prices in the local currency? Yet another booking quoted in USD and the owner is having to convert back to CLP, as he’s worried we would pay too much otherwise. Quote in local currency. You are making things to difficult.

@bookingcom absolute farce.Charged US$30 more than quoted and am now going round in circles with your”non customer service”team. it’s a joke.Get e-mails from a no reply e-mail address,requesting credit card statements,which are electronic and funny enough your systems won’t allow

@viatortravel vert disappointing that, at 06:30 this morning, I book a trip through you, you take the money and then send an w-mail that the trip isn’t guaranteed until the operator confirms. so now I am in limbo. Cant look elsewhere as you said the trip is not cancelable

@bookingcom what is happening, get an e-mail saying message from property, go to view it, no message and no booking. Yet my wife can see them on her phone! Click contact customer service and despite downloading two bookings they aren’t visible? Please fix these issues.

@LATAMAirlines I have a LATAM account but how do I move the miles ear t to my British Airways account, where I’ll use them, as I don’t venture to South America that often.

And the rental is showing past the pickup window?

@Avis have I been done over by your service provider in Sao Luis, Brazil? They were insistent that what they gave me was an Avis Booking, yet I have had no rental paperwork sent to me and the price has somehow doubled?

@British_Airways Why can’t I just link the other booking.com accounts? And yes uber is connected correctly. A booking from 3 weeks ago shows but 6 from this week are missing?

@Ed6114 Hi Andrew. If you have two booking.com accounts, then you will need to close the one that you don't use. Also is your Uber account linked correctly to your British Airways Club account. Neil

@British_Airways seems I have two booking.com accounts and the Avios app is defaulting to the wrong one. How do I change this. And why aren’t the reservations I’ve made not showing as pending. And where are all my uber trips? They aren’t showing either.

@10DowningStreet is there some kind of collusion with the car manufacturers as to why you are raising car tax to ridiculous figures for older cars? To force us to buy newer cars where we cannot repair them as they require sophisticated Software etc. Seems like there is to me💰

@British_Airways funny how LATAM can manage the boarding process and cabin baggage situation and you, as in BA, are clueless. Boarding is a scrum, can’t get near the gate as a group 1 because of all the 2’s & 3’s and let’s not mention bags allowed on board🤬 you won’t change.

@O2 how do I check what countries I can use my phone in with no extra charges? It’s a bit hard finding the details in the app

@netflix why do you feel the need to put so much swearing into the dialogue of “The RIP”. I’m not a prude by any means, but the amount of swearing is way OTT and distracts from the actual film.
