Three possibilities: 1. Everything is predetermined. 2. You genuinely could have chosen differently. 3. You’re free — but only within a fixed system. Personally, I think we're free to make choices but the number of choices we can make is finite and as long as there's a limit to what choices we can make, we're not completely free.

Artemis II has reached its maximum distance from Earth. On the far side of the Moon, 252,756 miles away, Reid, Victor, Christina, and Jeremy have now traveled farther from Earth than any humans in history and now begin their journey home. Before they left, they said they hoped this mission would be forgotten, but it will be remembered as the moment people started to believe that America can once again do the near-impossible and change the world. Congratulations to this incredible crew and the entire NASA team, our international and commercial partners, but this mission isn’t over until they’re under safe parachutes, splashing down into the Pacific.

@GnosticSpider @cknze1 It's amazing how these folks reason. They take a form of open-mindedness, logic and science but are evidently biased, close-minded and regrettably misinformed.

The day my doubt became real that god could be a fiction, I simply went on the net to get a confirmation of any miracle that had been captured on camera. This was make-or-break point for me as a truth-seeker. It is totally inconceivable that the god described in the Bible cannot perform even ONE irrefutable miracle to be captured on camera. I saw nothing. It was the last sniffing out of a dying ember. In the absence of such a low threshold of evidence, your faith just has no option but to die a natural death.

Mad how biblical god went from splitting seas, killing armies and dropping fire from the sky to doing absolutely nothing modern that can survive a camera angle, a lab test, or a hospital ward.

You're not making any point. If you think that because you're sick and people are dying then a creator doesn't exist then you must be utterly delusional. Nobody is gonna live forever and however death comes matters less. Is it unfortunate? Yes, but that's the characteristics of Living organisms. Entropy is inevitable

@Einstein_In @cknze1 I don't deserve them, why shouldn't someone truly evil get some of them? You need a better moral argument than that. What about babies with leukaemia, do they deserve it?

@HelenAmbrose5 @cknze1 If you think some person actually deserves your disabilities then you're not truly a good person 🤷🏽‍♂️

@Einstein_In @cknze1 I've spent 50 years trying to get help. There is none. Wouldn't a just God give some of my disabilities to someone who actually deserved them?

@HelenAmbrose5 @cknze1 Why wouldn't he? Iran's conflict is political, talk with your government. Your disabilities, I know nothing about but if you need help why not find it?

@Einstein_In @cknze1 I've got seven physical disabilities. I've done nothing to deserve them. Why would God make me suffer when I'm a good person? Why would God stand by and see those 160 children in Iran be blown to pieces?

Per NASA, Artemis II might be able to see the Apollo 12 and Apollo 14 landing sites today during the flyby.

100k years with respect to what scale? Humans has existed thought 300k years but we have only been able to see significant leap in knowledge barely 300years ago. A thousand years ago we believed the sun orbited the earth. The beauty of our race is that we keep learning. To put in scale 100k years is still too early to know it all even for our species.

@Einstein_In @wartime675 @cknze1 100k years is a lot of time, you couldn't even comprehend it. If anyone was trying to connect they had all that time yet the confusions is worse than it ever was. There were also fewer humans, less distractions it'll be the perfect amount of time. I kind of agree on the last part

Make new friends, but keep the old. A new photo captures the Moon's near side on the right (the side we see from Earth, identifiable by its dark splotches) and its far side on the left. The Artemis II crew are the first to see the far side with human eyes.
